Service terms · 27 July 2026
Use Multibrain as decision support, not an oracle.
These terms govern use of the Multibrain service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to review model output before acting on it.
The service
Multibrain coordinates independent model responses, anonymous review, revision, and a final synthesis. It preserves evidence, dissent, uncertainty, usage, and cost information to make the result easier to inspect. The service does not guarantee that any model response, citation, recommendation, or synthesis is complete, current, or correct.
Your responsibilities
- Provide only content, documents, credentials, and instructions you are authorized to use and transmit to the selected providers.
- Keep account access and provider accounts secure, revoke suspected compromised keys, and review provider usage and charges.
- Apply appropriate human and professional review before using output for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, employment, or other high-impact decisions.
- Do not use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, provider terms, or the security and availability of Multibrain or another system.
Model access and charges
The initial closed beta requires your own supported provider credentials. The relevant provider bills your provider account under its terms. Multibrain records normalized usage and measured cost where the provider supplies it, but provider estimates can differ from final charges.
Billing is unavailable
Multibrain does not offer Checkout, subscriptions, a billing portal, or operator-funded model access in this release. Those capabilities require separate terms and acceptance before they can become available.
Availability and changes
Providers, models, and external services can be unavailable, rate-limited, changed, or withdrawn. Multibrain may pause queues, disable an unsafe provider path, enforce limits, or suspend an account to protect users, security, legal compliance, or controlled spend. Material service or term changes should be presented before they take effect where practicable.
Termination and data
You may stop using the service, revoke shares and credentials, and request account deletion. Deletion uses a durable cleanup process and may preserve anonymized security and audit facts where reasonably necessary. Public share links should be revoked before distributing replacement content because an accessed snapshot may already have been copied by its recipient.
No substitute for judgment
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Multibrain is provided as decision-support software without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
